Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging with Specialty Electrical Professionals, LLC for electrical services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the business relationship between Specialty Electrical Professionals, LLC and the customer.
2. Provision of Services
Specialty Electrical Professionals, LLC agrees to provide electrical services, which may include but are not limited to diagnostics, repairs, panel upgrades, wiring, and lighting installation, as specifically detailed in the customer's proposal or service agreement.
3. Timelines and Deliverables
While Specialty Electrical Professionals, LLC strives to meet all projected timelines, schedules may be adjusted based on site access, permitting requirements, material availability, inspection timing, customer approvals, or unforeseen conditions. Specialty Electrical Professionals, LLC will communicate any adjustments promptly.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices for electrical services are issued according to the estimate, work order, or service agreement. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Failure to remit payment may result in delayed scheduling, suspension of non-emergency services, or other remedies permitted by law.
5. Client Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing safe and timely site access, utility information, approvals, and project details needed to complete services. Delays in access or approvals may affect scheduling and completion timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the customer retains ownership of installed equipment and completed deliverables as described in the service agreement. Specialty Electrical Professionals, LLC retains rights to proprietary methods, templates, and internal operational materials.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with its written terms. Work completed up to the termination date, including ordered materials and performed labor, remains billable.
